Reach 6 in a week and every drink counts 2×. Reach 11 and they all count 3×.

The rules, in short.
- Every drink on the menu counts, not just coffee.
- A drink counts once it’s collected, by Friday at 3pm. Collected later, it counts next round.
- Two drinks in one order count as two.
- Your entries reset every round, Friday 3pm to Friday 3pm.
- Refunded or cancelled orders don’t count.
- Win and $500 is paid to you by bank transfer.
One entry is drawn every Friday at 5pm.

Questions about the draw.
How do I enter?
Join the draw in the CoffeeGrab app. You do it once and it’s free. Once you’re in, every drink you order through the app earns entries once it’s collected. Drinks you collected earlier in the same round, before you joined, count too. You need to be 18 or over, with a verified email on your account. The draw runs from Monday 12 October 2026.
Does it cost anything to enter?
Nothing extra. Joining is free, and a drink costs what it always does in the app.
Which drinks count?
Every drink on the café’s menu: coffee, iced coffee, tea, chai, matcha, hot chocolate, smoothies, milkshakes, kids’ drinks and the rest. Each one counts once it’s collected, and two drinks in one order count as two. Food and Prepaid Balance top-ups don’t count.
How do more drinks mean more entries?
The more drinks you collect in a round, the more every one of them counts: 1 to 5 drinks earn 1 entry each, 6 to 10 drinks earn 2 entries each, and 11 or more earn 3 entries each. So 5 drinks is 5 entries, 6 is 12, and 11 is 33.
When is the draw?
Every Friday at 5pm, New Zealand time. A drink counts in the round it’s collected in, so it has to be collected by 3pm that Friday to be in the draw. One collected after 3pm counts in the next round, even if you ordered it earlier.
What’s the prize?
$500, paid by bank transfer to the winner’s own bank account. One entry is drawn every Friday. The winner is emailed and has 48 hours to reply and confirm who they are. If they don’t, the prize passes to another entry. The winner sits out the next round and is back in the draw from the one after.
What if my order is refunded or cancelled?
Then that drink doesn’t count, and your other drinks in the round are counted again without it.
